Quercus ellipsoidalis

Northern Pin Oak

New!

Broad-oval to rounded in habit, with the lower branches drooping low to the ground. Very closely resembles Q. palustris, but does not hold its leaves through the winter and prefers drier sites. Beautiful orange-red fall color.
